You will also receive all the necessary MLS documents needed to sell your home for no additional charge.

Option 2    Buyer Rebate

BUYER:  When buying  a Home we offer Buyer  50% of the BUYERS commision back to you in the form of a broker rebate. We give you the buyer one half of the seller paid commission we recive at clsoing. You will actually recive a check at closing for 1/2 (50%) of whatever out commission is when you purchase the property through us.
